Service Fulfillment Policy

Service Agreements

Emily Renda & Associates provides professional online business management services to clients. All services are governed by a Client Services Agreement that outlines the scope of work, deliverables, terms, and conditions. Service commencement will begin as specified in your signed agreement and any applicable Statement of Work.

Service Delivery

Services will be delivered according to the specifications, timeline, and deliverables outlined in your Statement of Work. I am committed to providing all services:

  • In accordance with the terms outlined in your agreement

  • Using personnel with appropriate skill, experience, and qualifications

  • In a timely, workmanlike, and professional manner in accordance with industry standards

Payment Terms

  • Payment schedule and amounts are specified in your Statement of Work

  • Payments are typically due on the schedule specified in your agreement

  • Payment can be made via credit card or debit card using our secure online payment system

  • In the event of non-payment, work will cease until payment is made

Cancellation Policy

As outlined in our Client Services Agreement:

  • Either party may terminate the agreement without cause by providing written notice at least 15 days prior to any ongoing monthly fee payment deadline

  • In the event of such termination, I will continue to provide services through the end of the period for which fees have been paid

  • I reserve the right to terminate services if payment is not received within 30 days of written notice of non-payment

  • Either party may terminate the agreement immediately for material breach that cannot be cured

Refund Policy

  • Due to the nature of services provided, payments for completed work are non-refundable

  • For ongoing monthly services, no refunds will be provided for the current month if termination occurs mid-month

  • Should I fail to meet the service standards specified in our agreement, I will make reasonable efforts to rectify the situation at no additional cost

Intellectual Property

As specified in our Client Services Agreement:

  • All work product created specifically for you becomes your property

  • Any intellectual property created or owned by Emily Renda & Associates before the agreement date, or created independent of the agreement, remains the property of Emily Renda & Associates

  • A limited license may be granted for the use of Emily Renda & Associates' intellectual property if specified in writing

Confidentiality

All client information, business processes, and proprietary information will be kept strictly confidential during and after our working relationship as detailed in our Client Services Agreement. This includes:

  • Protection of all information clearly labeled as "confidential"

  • Using confidential information solely for the purpose of providing agreed-upon services

  • Limiting access to confidential information to those who need to know

Limitation of Liability

As specified in our Client Services Agreement, Emily Renda & Associates shall not be liable for any loss of use, revenue, or profit, or for any consequential, incidental, indirect, exemplary, special, or punitive damages arising out of breach of contract, tort, or otherwise.

Force Majeure

Emily Renda & Associates shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations when such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, governmental actions, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, telecommunication breakdowns, or power outages.
